Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the location.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still modify or cancel it.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change it.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order to return it.
How do I register a return?
Send an email within 14 days to Retour@Maisonclover.com with your return request.
What are the conditions for returns?
The product must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original condition
- Only tested as you would in a store
What does it cost to return an item?
Return costs are €4.95 and are borne by the customer.
What happens if my return is not accepted?
If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive the amount via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Are the watches suitable for daily use?
Yes, our watches are designed for everyday comfort and complement both casual and smart outfits.
How do I maintain my watch?
We recommend keeping your watch dry and clean and avoiding contact with water and hard surfaces as much as possible.
Is the watch waterproof?
Yes, Maison Clover watches are water-resistant up to 5ATM. This means they are resistant to rain, hand washing, and splashes.
We advise against wearing the watch while showering, swimming, or diving, to preserve its long-term quality.
