Return Policy – Maison Clover

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a customer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing by email within this period at:

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  • Damaged, worn, or clearly used items are not eligible for a refund.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of €4.95, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Incorrect Address Provided

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

If an incorrect address has been provided, the customer must contact us immediately.

  • If the package has not yet been shipped, we can usually still correct the address.

  • If the package has already been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address.

In that case, Maison Clover cannot be held liable for the order not being received, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exceptions

Returns that do not meet the return conditions may be refused.

In that case, the product will be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund

After proper receipt of the returned item:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until proof has been provided that it has been returned.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

6. Return Costs & Shipping

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs (€4.95).

  • The customer is responsible for proper packaging to prevent transport damage.
